This play began over dinner upstairs at Angus. I was talking about a workshop of Drawing Monsters and Carmen Roman and Kate Buddeke lamented the fact that they had been looking for a play for them to do with their dear friend Elizabeth Franz. I was headed upstate to do my annual writing hermitage and laid the groundwork for a fast, sharp 3 character thriller set in a cabin on a frozen lake.
